Integrated Security Systems

Integrated security system is a single platform that unites all physical‑security systems of an enterprise and provides their centralized coordination. Compass Engineering designs and implements such complexes to ensure maximum protection of your site from external and internal threats. Our solutions combine intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, fire safety systems and other subsystems into a single information space.

Main components of the integrated security system:

Intrusion alarm (perimeter and premises protection).
Our solutions include a wide variety of sensors to detect unauthorized intrusion. Perimeter protection uses optical (laser) barriers, vibration and microwave sensors that create an “invisible fence” along the site boundary. For indoor protection we install passive infrared motion detectors, acoustic glass‑break sensors, magnetic contact sensors for doors/windows, and internal wall vibration sensors, etc.
Access Control System (ACS).
We deploy ACS that allow flexible management of employee and visitor access to the site. Modern identification methods include biometric technologies (fingerprint scanning, face recognition), contactless cards/fobs of various standards, long‑range RFID tags, and mobile IDs on smartphones (NFC, Bluetooth).
Visitor and vehicle management.
Within the ACS we implement a visitor‑management subsystem that simplifies admitting guests and third‑party organizations. It includes prior online registration, automatic generation of one‑time passes or QR codes, and approval of requests by responsible persons. The system also supports vehicle control at checkpoints: a car’s license plate is recognized by a camera and can serve as an electronic “key” to access the premises.
Video surveillance and video analytics.
We deploy a modern CCTV complex at the facility that integrates with other security systems. Cameras are installed along the perimeter, at entrances, and in critical indoor areas — to provide full coverage of the territory. Both traditional visible‑spectrum cameras and thermal or dual‑spectrum cameras are used. A key element is intelligent video analytics: the system analyzes the video stream in real time and automatically detects predefined scenarios and threats, including face recognition, license‑plate recognition and atypical behavior.
IP intercom and communications.
To ensure operational communication at the site, we implement IP intercoms — call devices installed at entrances, checkpoints, elevators or other zones. Vandal‑resistant intercom panels with IP66 protection class are equipped with a call button, microphone and speaker; where necessary, models resistant to fire or explosion are available.
Unified Security Monitoring Center.
All subsystems are combined in an integrated software suite that forms a single situation center. Operators receive consolidated information on the facility status: video streams from cameras, the status of sensors and access controllers, event and alarm logs. The system automatically correlates events and helps the operator filter false triggers and focus only on real incidents.
