In the context of modern security challenges, operational coordination, speed of information processing, and data protection are priorities for law enforcement agencies. The customer works with millions of requests, video streams, analytics data, and emergency requests that must be processed in real time.
To ensure the stable operation of information systems, Compass Engineering has deployed a network of mobile containerised data centres that enable:
- Instant data processing and access to critical information resources
- Coordinate the work of regional and central departments in real time Improve the level of cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience
- Ensure mobility and rapid system scaling
Why was this necessary?
Huge amounts of information and the need for fast processing
The customer works with a constant flow of data: emergency calls, surveillance cameras, patrol geolocation, border control data. All these processes require instant processing and storage.
Lack of a single information centre
Before the introduction of containerised data centres, information systems operated in isolation, which made it difficult to access data quickly and coordinate between departments.
Guaranteed continuity of operation
Fail-safe operation is critical for law enforcement agencies. Systems must continue to operate even in the event of accidents, attacks or power outages.
Scalability and mobility
Containerised data centres allow for rapid deployment of infrastructure in new locations, ensuring a flexible response to changing situations.
Solution: containerised data centres – speed, mobility, security
The project involved the implementation of mobile modular data centres, which provide:
- Instant data processing from checkpoints
- Secure data storage in compliance with national cybersecurity standards
- High performance even under peak loads
- Automatic data backup and rapid recovery in case of failure
