This time, we are talking about the cooperation between Compass Engineering and a leading player in the Ukrainian telecommunications market — a company that is rapidly scaling its IT capabilities and modernising its digital infrastructure. With growing data processing volumes and high demands on server equipment reliability, modernising the engineering infrastructure of data centres has become critically important.

The project’s unique feature is that it involves more than 10 facilities in different regions of Ukraine, which required precise coordination, flexible schedules, and uniform implementation standards.

The biggest challenge was to carry out the modernisation work without interrupting the operation of key services.
